Service Scope

RightRanked provides ranking and discovery views for online video content. Rankings are informational and may change as source data changes. Links and embedded players direct to or load content from third-party platforms, which have their own terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, circumvent rate limits, probe non-public areas, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-Party Content

Video titles, thumbnails, playback, and platform policies are controlled by third parties (for example, YouTube / Google). We do not guarantee that third-party content remains available, accurate, or lawful in your jurisdiction.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RightRanked and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including statutory data-protection rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different approach (including for material changes to data processing described in the Privacy Policy).
